This one of a kind quilted witch hat has been upcycled from a Care Bears quilt and features Wish Bear and Tenderheart Bear on the hat cone. The brim also features pastel striped fabric on the top and a floral pattern on the underside. More pastel stripes are used for the bias trim. Wire is added to the matching bias tape brim edging for structure. It can be gentley reshaped as needed for wear of storage. The hat is finished with hand stitched details.
